Bring the family and enjoy a beginner-friendly hike right here in Strathroy! We will stop for yoga and mindfulness breaks along the way and finish our hike at the Cookie Bar right across from the Studio!! Connect. Release. Revive. Through Yoga and Hiking. No yoga or hiking experience is required. Details will be sent out via email with a specific hike location. Cancellation Policy

Adventures are non-refundable. You may be able to transfer your booking to another adventure of the same type in the same season if you cancel at least 3 days prior and if space is available.
