We are conditioned to believe that the new year automatically brings a fresh start and new energy....but we sometimes forget that winter is a natural season of hibernation - a "slowing down" to rest, reflect, refocus and THEN rejuvenate.
This February 16th from 6-9pm our Winter Yoga Hike & Soul Circle is designed with that energy at the forefront.
Join Rebecca & Shayna for a gentle Yoga Hike in the conservation area, followed back at the studio by tea, light snack and a community circle of breath work, meditation and gentle movement.
